crash.and.depress

No no don't get me wrong, I'm not feeling down or low.

Just that the hols are gunna be over so soon, and as semtimental as I am, I start thinking, how much time do I have spending time with these friends I have around me??

Seems like yesterday I just got to TP. Ok fine, last week. Got around 3 more semesters to go, then its "time to move on". How many of these good friends around me today would still be good friends 10 years down the road? Where would we be then?

Plenty of people have told me not to wait for things to happen. Take the initiative, be a man. I've always said to leave things to Fate. How many things have really happened by Fate?

Then there's also the thing about looking back and thinking "G'damn me, I shouldn't have done that!", yea... all the things I wish I could do again, do them right... Well all this thinking sure makes me nostalgic! ;)

Nay enough of grandfather stories... Well, I'm proud to say, I've quit Maple for good this hols (but picked up Conquer xD), and well, I hope to stay more focused the next sem! And I also found a lost friendship... so happy =D

Then there are friends around me who are leaving, or planning to... sigh. Well, I guess it happens. =/

Right now I'm just trying to think ahead, but can't. Dunno how my future's gunna be like. I can't even see a week ahead.

I'm tired.

Well, lets take a day at a time, I guess. =)

Sunburn on the neck

Like always?

Dunno why, my neck always get burnt. Reddish. And heck, does it feel hot or what now! Haha...

Simply not much to do at home. Even with a project and a radio program due this thursday, you JUST gotta admit - a 2 month holidays is WAY long. I mean, put it in this perspective - its the September, October, and early November period! Most people are having exams, or just finished promos hello...

Lol well maybe poly holidays weren't meant to be sociable ones. Just a thought.

Well looks like i'm not the only one feeling bored - weitin (a friend I haven't seen in YEARS, technically speaking) was bored too. And suddenly so, because her promos just ended - i guess suddenly breaking away from a life of "eat, study, sleep" (as she phrases it ;) left her nothing to do, but eat, and sleep, and attend school activities.

Haha!

Well we apprently became "found" friends (as opposed to long lost) somethng liek the start of this week. Added me on friendster. (hey that thingamajig is finally WORKING hello - at least it found me my lost friend) And heck, I turned entertainer overnight! Lol... Well she was way bored, so... I, since I was so free, became her talking partner suddenly. Hah!

Not wanting to stay home today (coz I'll be reading Jurassic Park and FINISHING it if I do, leaves me to find ANOTHER read book to pass the time), we decided to meet over lunch, or breakfast in her case. She insisted (sorta) I might not recognize her, coz she put on weight (yea I know thats sensitive to gals) - the after-effect of sleeping over 12 hours a day. Heck, I could hardly do that! My biological clock wakes me at 7+ ><

So we went to Parkway to eat (lamed all the way), actually suggested to go Malay Village (since none of us had really been there), ended up going to East Coast (her favourite haunt)(lamed all the way), and sat on one of those wavebreaker rocks (hey I LEARNED a new word today!), and generally talked, got suntanned, and lamed.

(suffered a few pinches and plenty of blows as well)

Lol all went dandy and well, didn't rain or whatsoever, stayed till 5+ near 6, then we went home. I must say, she'd changed at least a noticeable bit. She'd found herself an "unofficial" boyfriend (self proclaimed, insisted so - I'm TELLING you, she's just shy ;) and well, we talked alot on BGR I'm sure. Haha...

Yea, thats my Wednesday.
