Technically speaking, my blades "fell into disuse" today.

Went blading with limin at pasir ris park today. Teach her la, more like. At first I only saw the strap on the front of my blade snap. Well, that was ok. And as we bladed, we noticed some black chunks of rubbery stuff coming out, but we didn't quite know what it was.

Until.

We were going over one of those road bumps when some black rubbery CIRCULAR stuff dropped out of my blades. Which looked really really like one of my WHEELS! On closer inspection, it appears most of the rubber round my wheels have worn off. And of one, there was still HALF of it left.

So I had to take off my blades (cos it was impossible to blade on as it was), and walked instead. Haha... But all the same, I did teach her the basics of bladding. ^^

Her learning speed was really amazing. But somehow when I praised her to keep her going, she almost always stumbled. xD Tsk tsk.

And there was this guy... He sorta bypassed us 5 times in a row? And he was really pro, and doing backwards bladding ad all. Li min said he was showing off. Figures! Haha.

Well when it was time to go, it was almost dark... Actually it WAS that dark whole day anyway. But hey, it was cooling. We were headed to Downtown East, and we SAW that guy again at the carpark. Wierd! Haha.

Then after we were headed to the bus stop... She said 21 was straight bus to her place, so she got on it. And 354 was right behind her bus, so I got on, since I needed to go to the MRT.

The funny thing was, the bus in front, (21, I remember, the one she got on), was consistently in front of the 354 I was on all the while, all the way back to the interchange. Hm, I thought to myself, if I didn't somehow see wrongly... Li min should be on that bus right? And I thought she said it was headed to her place?

And after I got off, I headed to the direction of her dropping point - and there she was! xD Well apparently she got on the bus headed the wrong direction. X) Tsk tsk... So we ended up taking the train together.

Hahaha...
